Tim Judge is founder of Spectrum Medical Careers and personally delivers outstanding service to companies and candidates.  Tim has the industry experience to effectively identify qualified and successful candidates for your openings. 

He has worked in many facets of the pharmaceutical industry, including specialty sales, hospital sales, wholesale distribution, corporate training and management throughout his 15 years in sales.  He has worked for small and large companies so he knows the unique needs of both.

He is able to use the recruiting skills he developed in sales management to provide outstanding candidates based on the clients' individual needs.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and a minor in Chemistry from the University of Montana.
